PHOTOS: "My BOOBS Are Killing Me"- Cosy Orjiakor

Ms Orjiakor thinks her breast is getting bigger and she's complaining of back pain. I've heard a few big breasted girls complain of back pain. Minus getting a breast reduction, is there something else they can do?
